in our proprietary .sfx7/5/4 file formats.

The NEW SFX7 heralds another world first with the first and only stereo capable R/C sound Module. Its 1GB microSD Card makes changing sound sets a breeze. It is also completely setup free.

 

 

Sound File Downloads Policy

Please Note : Existing customers can download any of our sound clip libraries in our proprietary .sfx7, .sfx5 or .sfx4 file format. We do not publish the individual .wav sound clips to avoid our competitors stealing them, but the links below list them. Come back often as we are continually adding new Libraries.

SFX7.0/SFX6.4 modules can store up to 2 proportional throttle controlled engine sounds + up to 16 others.
If you do not see the specific sound clips you need for your model please contact us at
contactus@modelsoundsinc.com. We can often locate exactly the right sounds for you.

 Downloads are permitted ONLY on the understanding that the sounds contained therein
are used only on our SFX7 or SFX6 sound modules. The individual sounds are not to be extracted
and used for any other purpose. You are expressly prohibited from installing any of our
sounds on any competitor's sound module.

The duration times specified are the duration of the sound clip played once. All our sound modules will loop from the end to the beginning, or to any other point in the sound clip so the sounds will play continuously.

You can set the Loop Point to any point in the sound clip and you can optionally configure any sound to play once only e.g. for announcements etc.  Ordering Sounds : Sounds are not ordered separately from a sound module, therefore there are no "Add to Cart" buttons for them. Once you have placed your order for a SFX7.0 sound module we will contact you via email and ask you then which sounds you want installed on the module.
 

How to Download the .sfx7/.sfx5/.sfx4 sound files :

  1. .sfx7 files are used in releases SFXPC4.0.0 or higher.
  2. .sfx5 files are used in releases SFXPC3.1.0 and SFXPC3.1.1 only.
  3. .sfx4 files are used in releases up to and including SFXPC3.0.5h only.
  4. Right click on the .sfx7/.sfx5/.sfx4 link for the sound set you want.
  5. Select "Save target as..." (IE), "Save Link As..." (FireFox), "Save link as..." (Chrome),
    "Save Linked Content As..." (Opera) or "Download Linked File As..." (Safari)
  6. In the Save As Dialogue box, change the file extension to .sfx7, .sfx5 or .sfx4, as appropriate.
