The original purchaser of the SFX5 or SFX4 Sound Effects Module has purchased the CD-ROM media disc and a licence to use the software on any personal computer or computers the purchaser owns. Files on the CD-ROM may be copied for personal backup purposes only. The SFX-PC program remains the property of Model Solutions of Canada Ltd.. Other free programs on the CD-ROM remain the properties of their respective owners.Note: this licence does not permit the copying, distribution or resale of this CD-ROM or SFX-PC software to any other party.
Licensing and copying/distribution rights of other free software on the CD-ROM are detailed in their respective license agreements. SOUND CLIP LICENSES
While the SFX-PC application allows you to upload Sound Clips from the module, it is illegal to copy, distribute or use them for any other purpose than downloading to the same or another SFX5 or SFX44 Module that the original purchaser owns.
Also, if you download Sound Clips from the Internet from Commercial Sound Clip Libraries, or copy sounds from CD's, DVD, Movies etc., they are usually subject to license and copyright terms and conditions. Model Solutions of Canada Ltd. bears no responsibility for the licensing or use of any Sound Clips that you obtain through these means.
