How to Order:
You can order
on-line using our "Add
to Cart" buttons.
These buttons will
redirect you to a secure
PayPal shopping cart
page where you can
adjust the number of
items in your cart
and/or proceed to
Checkout. Payment can
then be made directly
from a PayPal account,
or by major credit card.
You do not need a PayPal
account to pay by credit
card.
We accept these
credit cards :
accepted on-line
using our shopping cart
ONLY.
Please Note:
If you wish to pay by
credit card, you can
ONLY do so using the
Buy Now or Add
to Cart buttons. The
checkout process
associated with these
buttons will collect
your credit card
information in a secure
manner, or you can pay
directly from your
PayPal account. We
cannot use credit card
information given to us
by phone, email or
regular mail.
You can also order
by sending us an e-mail
detailing your order
requirements and desired
shipping method. We will
reply with an e-mail
detailing our product
availability and
estimated shipping date.
If you wish to proceed
with the order, return
our e-mail and we will
send you a PayPal
invoice which you can
pay on-line either using
a PayPal account, or
your credit card.
Taxes
Canadian customers have
to pay 5% GST or HST as
applicable to your
Province or Territory.
Customers outside of
Canada will not be
charged any taxes.
Shipping Charges
Flat fee shipping
charges are added at
check-out time based
solely on the dollar
value of the whole
order.
These charges are $8 up
to $49.99, $10 from $50
to $99.99, $20 from $100
to $199.99, and $25
above $200.
These charges are
usually sufficient to
cover shipping to North
American customers.
The basic charges cover
the Small Packet Air
service which does not
include a tracking
number
and covers only
CAD$100.00 of insurance.
If the package gets lost
the customer will have
to pay the full order
value less the
CAD$100.00 to get it
replaced.
We reserve the right
to invoice additional
shipping charges for
orders outside North
America and/or
for orders that include
one or more
loudspeakers. Once we
receive your on-line
order, we will
calculate the shipping
cost more accurately
and, if necessary, will
send you a PayPal
invoice for
the additional amount.
ExpressPost
Shipping add-on options
are also available on
our sound module page.
These
shipping options include
a tracking number and
full order value
insurance. These add on
an
additional amount to the
standard shipping for
either the United
States, or International
other than the U.S.
If you order by
email, we will invoice
you the correct amount
for shipping so you pay
only once.
Shipping Policies:
For international
shipments, the customer
is responsible for any
customs import duties or
taxes levied by the
destination country. The
customer is also
responsible for paying
full
return postage on any
returns.
We reserve the right to
apply extra shipping
fees for extra large or
overweight packages.
