Need to Return a product?
Satisfying our customers is a philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

WARRANTY
The SFX6 Module is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. We provide after sales customer support for the duration of this warranty period only.

The warranty covers product defects only and does not cover damage or malfunction due to user wiring errors, incorrect loudspeaker impedance or power handling capacity, getting the module wet or other misuse or abuse of the module

Product returns are only accepted after you communicate the problem to us, we have researched the issue with you and we have authorised its return. Contact us at contactus "at" modelsolutions.ca if you have problems with your module.

HOW TO RETURN
Send an email to contactus "at" modelsolutions.ca and we will send you the return address and further instructions.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name and address
- Purchase date
- Nature of the problem

Please Note :  It is VERY IMPORTANT for you to mark clearly on the outside of any returned merchandise that it is "Returned under Warranty - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - Country of origin - Canada".  This should prevent import duty and taxes being levied on us when it is returned through Canada Customs.  If any package is returned without this being marked clearly on the outside, and we are charged import duty or taxes as a result of that omission, we will deduct those fees from any amount that we may refund or credit you.

REFUND POLICY
Model Solutions of Canada Ltd. accepts returns on merchandise from our customers within 30 days, providing you have discussed the problem with us by email and we have authorised its return.  We may authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion.

NOTE: If any returned product is found to be in perfect working order, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the full purchase price will be charged.

• If any part of the product has been modified, including any wires or connectors supplied with the product, the warranty is void and null and no refund can be made.
   
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Model Solutions of Canada Ltd. on returned items,
  and Model Solutions of Canada Ltd. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement item(s) going back to you.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date may be for replacement, refund or credit at our discretion. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date can be for a credit memo only.
