Warranty/Guarantee Information

Sound Modules

All our Sound Modules are warranted/guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

The 12 month warranty period runs from the date of purchase, not from the date you first start using it. It is always advisable to try the sound system out on the bench as soon as you get it just to make sure you know how to wire it up and that everything works.
The preceding is very important. Do not put your sound module away on a shelf and leave it for a long time without first testing it to make sure it works in your system.

The warranty covers product defects only and does not cover damage or malfunction due to user wiring errors, incorrect loudspeaker impedance or power handling capacity, getting the module wet or other misuse or abuse of the module. Product returns are only accepted after you communicate the problem to us, we have researched the issue with you and we have authorized its return. Loudspeakers

Our loudspeakers are warranted/guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers product defects only and does not cover damage or malfunction due to user wiring errors, incorrect loudspeaker impedance, getting the loudspeaker wet or other misuse or abuse of the loudspeaker. The warranty also does not cover burnt out loudspeakers due to overdriving them beyond their rated capacity. This is especially important with our smaller loudspeakers that have a lower power handling capacity such as 8 Watts or 10 Watts.
 
All our warranties apply only to the original purchaser as we cannot guarantee the state of used or second hand sound modules.
